We handle rental inquiries, coordinate inspection visits, draw up contracts, follow up payments and deposits, meet and greet the tenants and introduce the property, control the inventories at arrivals and on departures etc.

"SET-UP"

The package includes:
Meticulous cleaning of the interior and the grounds,

Checking of all appliances and property's equipment,
Bedrooms and bathrooms set-up,
Complete dish washing,
Switching on the air conditioning in summer,
Pre-heating of the swimming pool, if necessary,
Installation of the seasonal equipment such as garden furniture.

"MEET & GREET"

The package includes:

​Meet  & Greet the guests and introduction to the property,
Control of inventory on arrival and at the end of the tenancy,
Calculation and the payment of the utilities due,
Final statements,
24/7 emergency access for urgent repairs,
Concierge Services access from 9am to 9pm, 24/7 in case of emergency.

"CHANGEOVER"

The package includes :
Cleaning of the interiors and the grounds,
Laundering of all soiled household linen,

Bedrooms and bathrooms set-up,
Dish washing, organisation of cupboards,
Emptying, cleaning and disinfection of fridge, garbage bins,
Watering of plants.

​Checking of appliances and property's equipments.

"CLOSURE OF THE PROPERTY"

The package includes :
Total cleaning of the villa and annexes,
In-house or professional laundering of all soiled household linen or upholstery
Organization of all cupboards and fridges where required,
Emptying, cleaning and disinfection of garbage bins,
The property's lock -up and securing.

The package includes:

​Handling rental enquiries & availability requests so the owners identity remains unknown | Web-based rental calendar up-date.

"VISIBILITY"

The package includes:

​Arrangement and coordination of inspection visits | Conracts draftings,
Accounting, following receipts etc.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

​​Website: creation of a private website showcasing your property (with photos, video...)

Inventory: If you already have one, we check it with the guests upon arrival and departure.

We as well may create one for your house or do a "photo inventory" just before each tenant's arrival

Inventory signed upon guest' arrival and checked before departure; missing items are charged to the tenant.

Welcome package:  prior to guests’ arrival, the property will be set up with toiletries, flowers, fresh fruit,s and magazines in the client's language.
